Supporting young musicians at the start of their professional journey

The Safran Corporate Foundation for Music supports talented young musicians as they start their professional journeys to become leading lights in the classical music world of tomorrow. It provides various scholarships, support for first recordings etc.

The Foundation's work also involves live performance, which is vital for these young people: the Foundation has formed partnerships (some of them long-term) with a number of associations and institutions to afford them opportunities to perform live. We also welcome organizations involved in such live performance or professional coaching of these young artists to candidate for new partnerships with the Foundation.

Integration of young people with disabilities: your projects are under review

Once again in 2024, the Safran Corporate Foundation for integration offers associations whose mission is to promote and support the integration of disabled or  underpriviledged young people, the opportunity to receive financial support for one of their projects. 

Do you belong to an association that helps young people with disabilities? Fights against school drop-out? Which offers accommodation to underpriviledged or disabled young people? Sport, culture, digital inclusion... The Foundation supports all leverages for social and professional integration that enable young people to grow and flourish in their future lives.

Several calls for projects will take place this year:

• For projects of integration with a cultural focus,applications submitted in March: decisions will be made early June ;
• For projects of integration through housing or sport & leisure, decisions will be made in October 2024: the call for projects will be open during summer 2024 (June & July)
• For projects aiming at work integration, applications submitted in March:  for a decision in June. Applications will still be possible up during the the summer (June & July), for a second decision round in December 2024.

Patronage for education : Educational patronage, with a strong focus on math and science

Convinced of the importance of education in the construction of each person, as well as of its role as a vector of integration and equal opportunity, Safran has chosen to support educational initiatives. Specific attention will be paid to projects allowing a better acquisition of knowledge and skills in mathematics and science. They can be filed throughout the year. Nonetheless, the submission of projects is temporarily put on hold at this moment.

Safran provides financial support to public or private partners unrelated to its commercial interests.
